Service Description

PowerUP My Team & Me! larger groups of 16-35 participants with an understanding of how their individual thoughts, beliefs, biases, and skills impact the team's dynamics and outcomes, either positively or negatively! Team members learn the various characters that may be on a team and how each character influences other team members. The good news is regardless of where each team member is, Dr. C provides next step goals to get teams moving into the right direction! This workshop is 3-4 hours, to include: *Breakout sessions *Share outs *Team Building *Individual and Team Action Planning *Goal Setting for Next Steps

Cancellation Policy – The Power In You Collective, LLC Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 3 days before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a [penalty/fee/rebooking charge of 50% less the amount of your total payment and if you have only paid a deposit for services, the deposit will not be returned.
